CANADA and USA Standard Delivery (4 to 10 Business Days)

Free shipping on all orders over $100CAD to Canada and USA.

All Canadian orders are dispatched via a Standard Delivery Service (Canada Post), charged at a flat rate of $9.99CAD on orders below $100CAD. 

All USA orders are dispatched via a Standard Delivery Service (Canada Post), charged at a flat rate of $12.99CAD on orders below $100CAD. 

Local orders may also be picked up to avoid shipping charges.

Please note, the above flat rate shipping prices are not available for wholesale orders. Please contact us using the form under Wholesale on the main menu - for a quote on shipping.  

Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same working day, for delivery within 7 business days between 7am - 9pm. Kindly note, during busy periods and sales, orders placed before 12pm may be dispatched the following working day, for delivery within 7 business days thereafter.

The above time frames exclude weekends and all public holidays.

All items must be signed for. A tracking number will be provided to you once the order is placed, it is the customer's responsibility to track their package and make sure someone is home to sign for it. If the delivery date is not convenient, customers may contact Canada Post and set up a more convenient time. If a delivery is missed, Canada post will leave notification to the customer requesting that contact is made in order to re-arrange delivery.

International Delivery

Free shipping on all International orders over $200CAD.

All international orders are dispatched using DHL Express Worldwide. DHL Express Worldwide orders usually reach their destination in 2-3 working days* after the parcel has been dispatched. 

International shipping rates are divided into different zones that are separated as follows:

International Express Worldwide

Zone 1

Shipping to UK, Austria, Belgium, Belarus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Switzerland, Spain, Slovakia, Sweden is charged at a flat rate of $31.99CAD.

Zone 2

Shipping to UAE, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Philippines, China, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam is charged at a flat rate of $49.99CAD.

Zone 3

Shipping to Albania, Andorra, Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Greenland, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro,  Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine is charged at a flat rate of $49.99CAD.

Zone 4

Shipping to the rest of the world (all countries that have not been mentioned in Zones 1 - 3) is charged at a flat rate of $49.99CAD.  



Shipping times may vary during public holidays and during peak periods. We cannot be held responsible for delays which may occur as a result of courier related matters, severe weather conditions and any Act of God.

We operate using the above courier options in order to ensure your orders remain safe and are delivered to you as quickly as possible. We will constantly strive to offer our customers to best overall experience and appreciate shipping rates can impact the online customer experience which is why we have already provided heavily reduced shipping rates. All orders may be tracked and must be signed for. Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information shortly thereafter.  If you are unable to be present to accept the parcel, you must contact the courier company and arrange another delivery date which is more convenient for you. 

The import duties or taxes are charged from your own customs office which you should pay when importing goods, this is not a payment to us, and all the taxes duties are buyer’s responsibility, we will not accept the responsibility for customs costs charged.


CANADA AND USA Failed Delivery Attempts


After receiving delivery confirmation for the selected method of delivery, NOOR XO will not be held responsible for any missing parcel disputes. Parcels will only be held at the courier depot for 48 hours. If your package fails to be delivered without the arrangement of a re-delivery through direct contact the parcel is automatically returned to NOOR XO with a charge applied to the customer. In such an event, NOOR XO will refund the customer for the order contents minus the initial shipping fee which is used for the initial delivery service. If you still wish to receive the goods from your initial failed order; a new order will need to be placed.


International Failed Delivery Attempts


After receiving delivery confirmation for the selected method of delivery, we will not be held responsible for any missing parcel disputes. Parcels will only be held at the courier depot for up to 4 weeks. If your package fails to be delivered without the arrangement of a re-delivery through direct contact with the courier company, NOOR XO and the courier company will make several attempts to contact the customer via telephone and email in order to try an arrange a suitable delivery time. If after 21 days, there has been no contact with the customer despite several attempts, the parcel will be returned to NOOR XO with a charge applied by the courier company to the customer. 

We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s). This must be paid in advance of shipment.

We will not accept responsibility for items being delivered to the incorrect location due to insufficient/incorrect address information being provided to us. 

We will not accept responsibility for the breakage/damage of any of our products that may occur during transit. NOOR XO ensures that all products are packaged to safeguard protection during the delivery process.

We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of any of our items/parcels during transit due to a fault of a third party service provider (the courier). However, NOOR XO will assist the customer in liaising with the relevant courier party, to investigate a reported loss and pursue the appropriate channels until the matter is resolved.

If a delivery attempt is deliberately rejected by the customer with refusal to sign for a parcel which was sent following a confirmed order, with the customer thereafter requesting a refund after the goods have already been sent, the initial shipping fees incurred by NOOR XO and any courier charges incurred for returning the parcel to NOOR XO will be deducted from the total refund value.


* Some International shipments may take longer than stated. We cannot be held responsible for any lengthy delays which occur due to customs regulations.

** For those classified as living in remote areas, delivery time will vary depending on your location. If you are classified as living in a remote area, a member of our team will contact you with further instructions and an estimated delivery date.
